Talk about defying gravity! Globat.com has sponsored a Denver, Colorado couple's expedition to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa. After months of planning, and a journey that took them from Denver through Washington D.C., New York City, New Jersey and Amsterdam, Jonathan Kraft and Carrie Roll reached the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest point in Africa, on July 1st.

Upon reaching the summit, Jonathan and Carrie proudly planted the Globat.com flag at the top of the mountain. Jonathan also took the opportunity to propose to Carrie, his girlfriend of 4 years, who happily accepted.

The newly-engaged couple is now safely home and sorting through the numerous pictures and video of their journey.
