Thank you Brian for your kind words and I do agree with you :) I think it's safe to say that Trisha has never watched " A Baby Story" on TLC on TV and how proud we women are that have the guts and pride in sharing our birth. This will not be a graphic event. It will be edited for it's showing. Hi Asia, I think its cool that you are doing this at 1st I was weirded out by it..but the more you think of it you are right its not different then TLC's A Baby Story and I watch that alot it gives women with out children the possiblity to see what going through the Birth is really like....its awesome your doing this good luck to you and hope your babys healthy and your both very happy....God Bless You....

hope your birth comes easy, considering it is your first birth. not to scare you but my first birth lasted 25 hours and 20 minutes of pushing and my second birth is due at the end of march!

This is in response to the "person who responded before me" notice I didn't call her a woman or lady, she's not worthy of that title. It was interesting enough to get your attention to come here and say your piece. Kind of sounds to me that your 4 births may have effected your brain and mouth. Defying Gravity..freakin' awesom marketing! I thought of some ideas like this on advertising a few years back, but never pursued it...I think it's cool. Heck why not get $1000 and do something nice for your daughter with it. Great on both ends. I have two other marketing ideas...I gues I better get them going before someone else does! Asia don't even pay attention to any of the idiots. You are very special to a lot of people and we all know that when you do something out of the ordinary, you will get a lot of people who are jelous and wish they had thought of the idea first. I'am SHOCKED!! So many well wishes and some "well !!" go figure I expected that but hey! Thank you wonderful people for #1 Coming here to check this site out and #2 taking the time to post your comments. Let me first say " No Baby Yet" A local TV station was on there way over here the other day for a interview and wouldn't you know it.. I thought I was starting labor but it passed. She will be here by this time next week though:) and her daddy and I are thrilled. I do want to clear up one thing and I don't know how it got in the media but this will NOT be a live broadcast. It will be filmed and edited before it is released to Globat.com for them to put it on defyinggravity.com so once I have sent the tape to them they will do there magic and get it on the internet for all to see :) Asia Globatmommy

I too think it is a cool thing for you to feel comfortable enough to share the birth of your daughter online for the whole world to see and share with like someone else stated birth is a very precious experience for any NORMAL person and no one should be ashamed it is a fact of life and the ones who can not understand this needs to go back to middle school health classes and study the process all over again congratulations, as a mother of a 5 yr. old boy and twin boys that are 2 best wishes and I only hope your life is half a blessed as mine is. Cherish every moment because in the blink of an eye she will be 5 and you will wonder where did it all go. My great grandmother told me before she died to cherish every moment, make memories that your kids will remember and when they are grown then you can worry about cleaning and chores just do what has to be done like the laundry and Do what needs to be done LOVE YOUR CHIlDREN.

You guys are all so nice and you have no idea how much that means to me and to my family. Thank you each for your wonderful comments. Well here is what is going on as of Wednesday evening. Since I am now past my due date which was the 14th my Dr's appointment is in the morning "Thursday" at which time they will give me some meds to get the process started, so hopefully by the next post we will have our baby GIRL!! :) As soon as we can we will have some pictures posted for you to see until we can get the video to Globat for them to get up. We are very much looking foward to being parents and raising our precious little one thank God has blessed us with. Being a new parent is very scarey since they don't come with instructions haha but with family and friends everything will work out just fine :) I also want to thank ALL the TV stations and Radio stations and all the internet sites that have found this story worthy of covering. I think it's wonderful what you are doing. There has some moral issues about what you are doing. Those who disagree with what you are doing say " that having a baby should be shared between the man and wife and close family" but it is my opinion that if you show your life, you are sharing with your family and friends. Well baby Miah is doing great and growing so fast already. Thank you for all your nice postings. Baby Miah is now a little over 1 month now. Time sure has gone fast!! We had the pleasure of meeting the Globat staff out in LA and let me say they are ALL wonderful people and we are so glad to have met them in person. We had a blast while we were there. Our little Globat baby is sure growing up fast. She will soon be 3 months old and she is a doll. She is a happy and fun little baby and smiles all the time and loves to be talked too. She is already trying to roll over and pulls her self up when she's in our arms. As you can tell we love her very much and she is still known by many when we are out in public. I just had to come and tell you guys....we went camping not long ago and met some people we were telling about Globat.com and they said they were from around St. Louis and fixing to move to Texas. I told them we were in wentzville and they said we were right down the road from where they lived and they said that they saw some girl that had the sponsorship of her baby on television and it was Globat.com that sponsored it and I said YES Those are our friends, and thats the same web hosting company that sponsored our trip to White Castle. He said he saw our story in the Wentzville Journal. It was amazing and such a small world. He was just so excited about meeting people in Texas that he had previously read about in his Hometown paper in another state!!! Hope you guys get a thrill out of that like we did. We all then went down and fed the racoons some brim we had caught after we got done fishing. They were very nice people.

WOW!! Talk about it being a small world, I bet that was kind of a shock to you huh! People still come up to me and ask "Aren't you that woman that was on TV with the internet birth" I laugh and say "Yes I'm her" then of course they start talking to Miah. With as much publicity as Globat.com has gotten it doesn't suprise me that you came across from some good ole Missourians.
